Annecy (the sequel!) - 2005
This was a great trip. I got to fly with my twin brother Jason, parents Janet and Brian, girlfriend Emmalyn and friends Suzanne, Andy and Chris

DAYS NUMBERED AS -4,-3 etc WERE BEFORE THE TRIP (this was confusing Jason a little bit)
(Day -4) (Day -3) (Day -2) (Day -1) (Day 1) (Day 2) (Day 3) (Day 4) (Day 5) (Day 6) (Day 7) (Day 8

Day 8
Tuesday 2nd August 2005

It seemed the weather was on our side. It had rained when I was ill (handy) and it rained on our last day. The sky was full of dark clouds and the air was damp. It was blatantly obvious that no-one would be flying today. This made me very happy. I would have been unbearable if the weather had been nice. I know I would be hoping to get `one last flight` in. Fortunately there was no such dilemma to face. We decided to make our way to Annecy for a spot of lunch, before heading off to Geneva to return the hire cars and catch our flights. With no warm clothes or umbrellas packed, it was up to me to make a dash for it in the rain. I stopped at three shops before I spotted some umbrellas.
I bought three and made my way back to the car park where Emma, my parents and Jason were waiting. We then found ourselves a nice restaurant (they are all superb in Annecy) and had a delicious farewell lunch.

The trip was over,
but I know I will be back. Annecy has it all!
